Sale promotes use of E-85

People lined up at a Bismarck gas station to get some cheap gas KQ 94 and Blue Flint ethanol are teaming up to raise awareness of the alternative fuel E-85 They sold E-85 for one dollar and ninety four cents a gallon between eleven this morning and one this afternoon at the Expressway C-Store Jeff Zueger with Blue Flint Ethanol says we have twenty-five thousand flex fuel vehicles in the state of North Dakota As oil prices rise to one hundred dollars a barrel and Gas Prices are said to be approaching four dollars a gallon Zueger says people need to begin thinking about ethanol blended fuel Jeff Zueger Blue Flint Ethanol ethanol cant certainly solve all of the fuel issues but it certainly is a low cost alternative fuel that we think more people need to take a look at and start to use in their vehicles Zueger says right now the Blue Flint Ethanol plant is operating at one hundred and fifteen percent of its capacity It was projected to produce about fifty million gallons of ethanol a year However he says they are on track for about 58- million gallons
